File Description: This is a .reg file that has the full list of time zones in case yours are corrupted or lost in some matter. This worked for me, XP PRO SP3. This was the only solution i found after 3 days of work. It came off a forum and I have no idea where. I had only Kabul, Afganistan time zone and no other options, This .reg file gave all time zones back into Windows XP.
